MEET THE BAND
Jack Whitnell - Vocals
Jack started playing drums in the band when he was 14yrs old. 10years on from that and he’s taken a big step out the front and thoroughly enjoys entertaining audiences. Jacks the longest member of the band now (apart from Andy) and loves performing with the talented musicians surrounding him.
Millie Cooper - vocals
Millie Cooper is a soul, funk and country singer who is the most recent member of Loose Change. She has been singing her whole life and has always had a passion for performing.
Ant Baker - Guitar
Ant has played with some amazing well known bands, mainly in Las Vegas & has some great stories to share.
Paul Gardner Saxophone
Originally inspired by the sax in Baker Street, (which he now plays regularly at gigs) Paul’s played in a big band, a quartet and in other cover/party bands.
He’s played at weddings, parties, corporate events and festivals and is a self confessed Saxophone super fan!
Paul’s favourite styles of music are soul, funk, blues, 80’s and party band songs.
Away from band life he’s a keen runner, having run several events last year including the London Marathon.

Ollie Bird - Keyboard
Ollie's been playing keyboard with the band for nearly 10 years.
Andy Whitnell - Bass
Founder member of Loose Change, Andy also handles all bookings, tour arrangements, general logistics, etc - he's generally the man to speak to!
Andy has been playing with working bands since the 70's and started his musical career with school band "Benn", moving on to Sittingbourne based rock band "Village" in 1975. He also played with dance band "The Peter Burt Quartet" and in the late 70's started playing in "The Jack Whitnell Music", his father's local and well known dance band until his untimely death.
Determined to continue making people dance, Andy decided to form a soul and blues band in 1997 the result of which is Loose Change.
Ben Simmons - Drums

With over 25 years’ live sound experience, Ben brings seasoned expertise to every performance. First working with Loose Change in 2001, he returned full time in 2021 as a core member of the team. Holding a master’s degree in Music Technology, Ben can regularly be found between Loose Change engagements mixing front of house for artists whose names once filled the UK charts from the ’70s through the ’90s.
